It is a record of our input information that will be submitted to various sites. Broker will submit the information to thel MLS and list your property in Florida. Once a listing is placed in the MLS there are no refunds or charge backs allowed. Corrections to mistakes made by us will be worked on but there is no guarantee.
1.) This agreement is between the undersigned Broker and owner(s)/seller(s) named in the Property Profile.
2.) The Seller(s) desire to list his/her property for sale in the Florida as a Limited Service listing in the (MLS) multiple listing service which will then trigger the listing in Realtor.com in the state and zip code that the property is located in.
3.) The listing price of the property and all improvements that are offered for sale shall be listed in the Property Profile and the seller(s) has (have) the sole responsibility of the listing price.
4.) Seller(s) agree(s) to give notice to Broker within 24 hours of the date when a contract is executed and becomes a pending sale and the date when the property closes. The failure to do so may result in a possible fine to the Broker,, which will then be charged to the Seller(s).
5.) Seller(s) agrees that under the Fair Housing Act, Seller(s) may not ask or expect the sale of Seller(s)' property to be restricted according to race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, age or national origin.
6.) The person submitting electronic signature to this Agreement warrants and represents that he/she(they) is(are) authorized to enter into this Agreement.
7.) Seller(s) has (have) fully reviewed this Agreement and warrants the accuracy of all information submitted on the Property Profile and agree(s) to indemnify and to save and hold harmless Broker and those relying on information contained in this Agreement for and against damages resulting from any inaccuracy and/or the Seller(s) failure to disclose any information.IMPORTANT NOTICE FLORIDA LAW REQUIRES THAT REAL ESTATE LICENSEES PROVIDE THIS NOTICE TO POTENTIAL SELLERS AND BUYERS OF REAL ESTATE:

No Brokerage Relationship Notice
