You have indicated a desire to take
advantage of our Lockbox service. This is how it works.
1. When you
complete your Property Profile just indicate you want a lockbox.
You will be billed for it on your credit card.
2. You will need to arrange with us to
get physical delivery of the Lockbox. We can
arrange shipping
for you. The shipping charges will be added to your credit
card.
3. You can use the Lockbox as long as
you wish, even keep it.
4. If you return it to us in good
working condition you will receive $25 back.
5. You agree that whether your
Lockbox is in working condition will be our decision
to
make although you should note that we have never refused
a return.

By delivering the additional
$100 Lockbox deposit/fee to us you agree to the above
terms.
You also agree that you will indemnify and hold
us harmless in full for any and all damage,
theft,
loss or destruction caused by any person who views
your property while you are absent
or who gains access
to your property through or as a result of the
negligence or intentional
misfeasance or malfeasance
of any person. You understand that we will not be
present
when brokers and others utilize the Lockbox to
gain entrance to your property and that
we will not be
able to control in any way what happens when they do
so. In other words,
you agree that the complete and
entire risk of damage or loss to your property,
possessions,
furnishings and any and all other assets
that may be present at your home is your full,
complete and exclusive responsibility.
