Step 2.  Return here to obtain a copy of the Listing Agreement in either Acrobat Reader or Word. Print it, complete it and then again either scan and E-mail it to us or fax it to 206-202-2573.   

Step 3.  E-mail to info@forlessmls.com the pictures of your home you wish to be on your flat fee MLS listing. 

We create and post your listing with the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI) and send you the listing. The listing appears on realtor.com, trullia.com, the MLS and many other sites. Realtors have access to your listing immediately.
