With our unique flat fee listing service your home is
listed on the same MLS that brokers use but you keep the right to sell by
owner without any broker! We receive no commission ever. Your listing
can be seen by home buyers at places like realtor.com, the tribune and the MLS.
Using
our flat fee MLS service could not be simpler. Just complete a Property Profile
and then e-mail or fax it to us. Fax/phone is 773-248-4905 (Illinois) and
866-349-FSBO (some other states). Or
just Email Us.
There are two ways to complete the Property Profile. Print it in word
format, complete it and then fax it to us. Or complete the Property Profile
on-line and submit it to us directly by e-mail when you are finished. Your home
is on the Multiple Listing Service and e-mailed for your review before we're
paid.

We are the premiere MLS listing service in the country and

nationally are at the top of the search engines, like Yahoo, Google and AOL. That means if you take advantage of our
free website and gallery promotions your exposure is magnified
considerably! You also have the opportunity to have a
virtual tour or a lockbox for a nominal
additional charge.
We are fully licensed real estate brokers. When you list with
us you are not paying to be included just on a private website. You are
on the Multiple Listing Service. Of course, for our efforts we
receive no commission, just the one-time service fee.

We now offer an incredibly
exciting new service in conjunction with Realtor.com.
You already know that all our listings appear on Realtor.com. But until
now only our phone number and contact information could appear, not yours.
That has all changed! Now you can make your phone number (and your name, fax,
E-mail, website or any other information) available directly to home
buyers. Also you can have six pictures of your home featured (not just
one) and any narrative description you want (just a 2,500 character
limit). It is even
better than that. Your Realtor.com listing is flagged as a
"Showcased" home, which routinely generates far more traffic
than a standard listing. We would like to thank our staff for implementing
the contract with Realtor.com. The total cost is $199. If you want
to increase your chances of eliminating all brokerage commissions it is
highly advantageous to be featured prominently on Realtor.com. Many of our
clients feel that the chance to save not only 50% but 100% of their
brokerage fees is worth it. And remember, your
premium "Showcase" listing lasts until your home is sold. Just
